Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Core Motion LLC, doing business as Pam Paley Pilates. By booking, attending or using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully.
1. Booking & Payment

Payment is required at the time of booking.
-
We accept major credit cards, checks, cash and studio credit.
-
No refunds are offered; credits may be applied in accordance with our cancellation policies, unless a separate written refund policy is provided for a specific retreat, certification course, teacher training, event, or special program.
1A. Retreat Payment & Cancellation Terms
For retreats, payment and cancellation terms may differ from standard studio classes, private sessions, and regular services.

An $800 deposit/person is required to reserve a participant’s spot.
The remaining balance will be divided into two payments:

First payment: Half of the remaining balance is due on December 5, 2026. An invoice for this payment will be sent on or around December 1, 2026.

Final payment: The remaining balance is due on January 5, 2027. An invoice for this payment will be sent on or around January 1, 2027.
Payments, including the deposit, are refundable according to the following schedule:

Full refund: Cancellations received on or before December 5, 2026 are eligible for a full refund of amounts paid.

50% refund: Cancellations received after December 5, 2026 and on or before January 5, 2027 are eligible for a 50% refund of amounts paid.
-
No refund: Cancellations received after January 5, 2027 are not eligible for a refund.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email. Refunds, when applicable, will be issued to the original payment method or another agreed-upon method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
Retreat payments may be used to reserve accommodations, instructors, vendors, services, transportation, meals, activities, and other retreat-related expenses. For this reason, the refund schedule above applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, including personal scheduling conflicts, illness, travel delays, or other unexpected circumstances.
Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements, travel documents, travel insurance, and any costs not expressly included in the retreat invoice. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
By paying the retreat invoice, the participant acknowledges and agrees to these retreat payment and cancellation terms.
1B. Certification Course Payment & Completion Terms
For certification courses and teacher training programs, payment and cancellation terms may differ from standard studio classes, private sessions, retreats, and regular services.
A non-refundable deposit is required upon acceptance into the program to reserve the student’s spot.
Once the course has begun, all tuition paid is non-refundable.
Students participating in a payment plan are responsible for completing all payments according to the agreed-upon payment schedule. Failure to complete payments may result in delayed certification, removal from the program, or other action at the discretion of Pam Paley Pilates Academy.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, enrollment may be transferred to a future EYT Teacher Training program at the discretion of Pam Paley Pilates Academy. Transfers are not guaranteed and may be subject to program availability, schedule changes, tuition differences, or additional requirements.
Missed in-person training hours may be made up at a rate of $45 per hour. Students are responsible for scheduling and completing any required make-up hours.
Certificates of completion are awarded only after the student has completed all required course hours, fulfilled all program requirements, and passed both the final written exam and physical test-out.
Completion of the program does not guarantee employment, independent contractor opportunities, referrals, or teaching opportunities with Pam Paley Pilates, Pam Paley Pilates Academy, Ulysses Gold, or any affiliated business or partner.
By enrolling in a certification course or teacher training program, the student acknowledges and agrees to these certification course payment and completion terms.
2. Arrival & Studio Access
Pam's Studio

Clients may arrive up to 5 minutes early to prepare for class.

For safety, the studio door will lock 5 minutes after the start time of each class. Late arrivals will not be admitted and no refund or credit will be issued.
Third Party Location
-
Participants are responsible for arriving on time and following all check-in or access procedures required by the third-party facility.

All facility rules and regulations at the location apply, including use of equipment, spaces, and amenities.
-
The instructor and/or facility staff reserve the right to deny participation if rules are not followed. No refunds or credits will be issued in such cases.
3. Attendance & Cancellation Policy

No-Shows: All payments and credits are forfeited.
-
Cancellations 24 hours or more in advance: Clients may reschedule and receive full credit.
-
Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance: All payments and credits are forfeited.
4. Dress Code & Attire
Pam' Studio
-
Grip socks are required.
-
Clothing must be form-fitting; loose or oversized clothing is not permitted as it may interfere with equipment.

Attire must not include violent, graphic, or profane images
-
No embellishments on clothing that could damage equipment.
-
The studio reserves the right to deny participation based on attire. No refunds or credits will be given in such cases.
Third Party Locations
-
Participants must wear appropriate attire for the service booked (e.g., golf attire for golf sessions, form-fitting athletic wear for Pilates).
-
Clothing should comply with any specific dress requirements of the third-party facility.
-
The instructor and/or facility staff reserve the right to deny participation based on attire. No refunds or credits will be issued in such cases.
5. Studio Etiquette

Bring water and grip socks to every class.
-
Clients are responsible for cleaning up after themselves and respecting studio space, instructors, and fellow participants.
-
Phones must be silenced during sessions.
-
Disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior may result in removal from the studio without refund or credit.
-
Do not attend class if you are sick.
Third Party Location
-
Bring water and grip socks to every class.
-
Clients are responsible for cleaning up after themselves and respecting studio space, instructors, and fellow participants.
-
Phones must be silenced during sessions.
-
Disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior may result in removal from the studio or third-party location without refund or credit.

Do not attend class if you are sick.
-
When attending sessions at third-party locations (e.g., gyms, golf courses, or partner facilities), clients are responsible for following all facility rules and policies, including access procedures and conduct expectations.
6. Safety & Equipment
Pam's Studio

All equipment is cleaned between sessions by staff or as instructed.
-
Clients must follow all safety instructions provided by the instructor.
Third Party Location
-
Participants must follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by the third-party facility and the instructor.
-
Use of equipment is subject to the rules and policies of the facility. Improper or unsafe use may result in removal from the session.
-
The instructor and/or facility staff reserve the right to deny participation if safety rules are not followed. No refunds or credits will be issued in such cases.
7. Eligibility & Age Restrictions
Pam's Studio

Children under 12 years old must have a parent consultation before participating in any class or private lesson.
-
Participants ages 12–17 must have a parent or guardian present during all sessions.
-
All minors must have a liability waiver signed by a parent or guardian prior to participation.
Third Party Location
-
Participants must meet the age and eligibility requirements for the specific service booked.
-
Any restrictions set by the third-party facility must be followed.
-
The instructor and/or facility staff reserve the right to deny participation if a participant does not meet the required criteria. No refunds or credits will be issued in such cases.
8. Liability Waiver
-
All clients are required to complete and sign a liability waiver before their first class.

Participation in classes and private sessions is voluntary, and clients assume full responsibility for any risks or injuries.

Participation may be denied if the required waivers are not signed, and no refunds or credits will be issued in such cases.
Third Party Location
-
Session is held at a third-party facility, participants must also comply with and sign any additional waivers required by that location.
9. Modifications to Services
-
Pam Paley Pilates reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel classes or services as necessary. Clients will be notified of changes as soon as possible.
10. Privacy Policy
-
Information collected through booking or participation is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
11. Governing Law
-
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Arizona. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Arizona.
