Pam Paley
Master Pilates Teacher
With decades of experience, Pam brings a client-centered approach to Pilates that supports athletics, those in rehabilitation, and everyone in between. Pam has dedicated her life to teaching and training Pilates students and instructors around the world. She makes Pilates accessible for everyone and has seen amazing transformation in her clients. She meets each client where they are and creates individual programs that heal both the body and the mind. Pam’s previous retreats were based in Italy and Northern Arizona.
Nathalie Martin
Author, Yoga & Meditation Teacher
Author of "The Inspired Retirement," Nathalie brings warmth, wisdom and mindfulness to help you find purpose, joy and healing in life's transitions. Nathalie has trained in yoga, meditation, and Ayurveda, and welcomes all to her playful and healing classes. Nathalie believes yoga and meditation can benefit every mind, every body, and every spirit. Her goal is to help students maintain a positive mindset, heal the body and the mind, and combat the ills of aging.
