SUP Yoga/Pilates

In partnership with River Bound Sports, Pam Paley Pilates offers Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) Yoga and Pilates sessions that blend fitness, fun, and mindfulness on the water.

 

If you’re new to paddleboarding, don’t worry—we’ll teach you everything you need to know! You’ll learn how to use your board, stand up safely, and master different paddle strokes and core engagement techniques. After some time to practice, you’ll finish with a refreshing SUP Yoga or Pilates class right on the boards.

 

New to Pilates or Yoga? You’ll be amazed at how fun, challenging, and surprisingly forgiving it feels on the water.
